this I found today in my mail box, without any address without any postage stamp, nothing but a plastic cover of "edle Bismarck Heringe" - who has eaten this fish?
nevertheless it is well fitting to my mail art call on Otto von Bismarck http://bismarck-mail-art.blogspot.com/ and will be part of the exhibition next year

The fact that it gets in the mail box means that it is a communication form to you. No postage means it went the way for free. No address means anonymous. I would include it just for the fun of it.
Maybe posted by a passing fishmonger?
