Today, I opened my computer for the first time in three days. My cell phone only makes phone calls. For interesting critiques on screen addiction watch Yorgos Lanthimos' The Lobster or read Sherry Turle's Alone Together. Don't tune into the Walmart of the airways-NPR. Read books, talk to people, take walks without headphones, pay attention to your love ones without snapping a pic of them. I know those things are out dated, but give it a spin.
