With the rate the postal rates have increased, the sending of mail-art by traditional mail has become quite expensive. The die-hards keep on sending mail-art, but a new generation still has to discover the postage Stamp.
Will Mail-Art be arround in about 10 years?

I know that some of us won't To many friends leaft already. We are getting old.
It has been my experience in life that the more things change; the more they stay the same!!!
I agree that postage is expensive, however, one needs to make a list of priorities. I would never stop sending Mail-Art through the postal system because then it would no longer be described as Mail-Art. I believe we can all give up something in our lives to offset the cost of Mail-Art postage if we are totally commited to it. I am not talking about a car, a house, food or a vacation. There is so much waste in Canada and in the Western world that there has to some little thing one is willing to sacrifice for their passion for Mail-Art through the postal system.
