61) Mail-Art Changed my Life

Just orderd this new rubberstamp. Symbolic for my life: It is changed by Mail-Art quite a lot. So why not share that with others. The rubberstamp still has to be made. I expect it in 2 days and will then start to use it.....

Is this a topic you can relate to? What changes have Mail-Art brought into your life?

Two of my sisters and my best friend are visual artists. My sisters work in oil and my best friend is into ceramics and sculpture. Since I've gotten involved in Mail-Art, they now consider me an artist. They love my work and are looking forward to helping me to set up my Sea installation next summer in 2009.

When I get up in the morning, I know that I will be primarily involved in creating Mail-Art for most of the day.

Sounds like a good change in your life. Mail-art does that.

During this past week, I realized that Mail-Art was keeping me sane. It is my only contact with people.
I have family and good friends but I can't be with them at this time...my choice! Mail-Art is powerful if it gets me out of bed and allows me to do be productive during the day and the night(during this period of my life).

Can mail art change your life more than once?

I do believe it can because as I evolve, my needs change. As I change, my mail-art also changes. I sincerely believe that Mail-Art can change my life as I face more serious challenges as I get older. Last week, there was a serious matter in my life and Mail-Art got me through it.

I am glad to hear Mail-Art gets people through their life in a better way. It also works for me that way.

I'm in the same boat of you all. Since I found Mail Art, my life has been changing like never before. I now have a reason to share my creations and I'm much more happier than before.
