In the 80-ies I was in contact a lot with Charles Francois from Liege, Belgium. He used a modem and an Apple computer in the early years of communicating with e-mail. He har RATOS, I had the TBHS (Tam Bulletin Host System), and we were pioneers in these new fields where mail-art and electronic networks joined.
On the Internet I can hardly find things from him. His old website from the University of Liege has gone.... Does anybody know where he is or what happened?

Out of curiosity I tried several searches a few days ago but was not successful.
I did some searching today. I hope the two emails on a Charles François (R.A.T.) in Belgium I forwarded to you were of value.
A friend of mine who is good and fast at researching came up with four addresses and four phone numbers of a Jean-François Charles.
I have my fingers crossed that he is one of them.
No luck with these hints. Will keepmon searching to find details
He sill lives in Liege but he has no longer the same coat :)

Charles François VA BIEN, il est toujours bien vivant (quoiqu'un peu vieillissant mais il n'est pas le seul. Moi être vieil ami de lui. Moi témoigne donc de la présence en ce bas monde de lui.
