Mail art as the art of communication and exchange will as always has been developed in the past (mail, telefax, video, audio tapes, web, email, ...) taken new technologies of communication and exchange as mobile devices, boards, blogs and others not known today to cooperate in a common sense of art, outside of the marketing world of mainstream art of profit and speculation about the value of an art work and canon.
Communication and Art will bring us always new surprises.
I think it can only go side-ways.
